National Geographic Traveller (UK) writers earn five nominations at the 2025 British Guild of Travel Writers Awards听
Several National Geographic Traveller (UK) contributors have been nominated across five categories at this year鈥檚 prestigious BGTW Awards. Each is celebrated for outstanding work in travel journalism, covering stories from Iceland鈥檚 Highlands to America鈥檚 Indigenous Southwest and Cartagena鈥檚 cultural powerhouse.
The recognitions are:

- Journey Feature of the Year: Jessica Vincent for 鈥樷��, published in the USA guide alongside the Jan/Feb 2025 issue of National Geographic Traveller (UK).听
- Travel Photo Feature of the Year: Karolina Wiercigroch for 鈥楬ow passionate Colombians are shaking up Cartagena’s cultural scene鈥�, published in the June 2025 issue of National Geographic Traveller (UK).听
